Import Data

We design the data import facility to provide a means of retrieving data from a file and automatically inserting it into the program repository. It comes in most handy when the user is initially building the repository with data exported to an Excel format that is a comma separated value file (CSV). Besides the ability to import project data from an Excel spreadsheet, you can import account, contact, client or partner records from Excel spreadsheets. It is good practice to pre-process the source spreadsheet to clear duplicates so as not to crowd the data repository with duplicates.
